W związku z planowaną realizacją przedsięwzięcia pn.: „Zakup, instalacja i uruchomienie prasy transferowej 1600 ton funkcjonującej w warunkach Przemysłu 4.0.”dla którego GEDIA Poland Sp. z o.o. ubiega się o dofinansowanie w ramach inwestycji wspierającej robotyzację i cyfryzację w przedsiębiorstwach A2.1.1 z Krajowego Planu Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności (KPO) zwracamy się z prośbą o przedstawienie oferty na Industry 4.0 do prasy 1600 ton zgodnie z zakresem określonym w zapytaniu ofertowym.
Termin składania ofert: 30.04.2024 r. (do końca dnia tj. 23:59).
Sposób złożenia oferty:
Ofertę należy złożyć:
1) drogą elektroniczną na adres: j.nowak@pl.gedia.com, lub
2) pocztą tradycyjną na adres: ul. Staszica 2, 67-100 Nowa Sól, adresat: GEDIA Poland Sp. z o.o., lub
3) osobiście w siedzibie GEDIA Poland Sp. z o.o. („Zamawiający”): ul. Staszica 2, 67-100 Nowa Sól.
Ofertę traktuje się jako złożoną w terminie, jeżeli zostanie dostarczona do Zamawiającego do wskazanego dnia.
Oferta powinna zawierać:
1) Formularz oferty wraz z zestawem oświadczeń stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do zapytania ofertowego.
2) Pełnomocnictwo do podpisania oferty (jeśli nie wynika z dokumentów rejestrowych).
3) Specyfikację techniczną potwierdzającą spełnienie parametrów zawartych w pkt. 3 zapytania ofertowego (opcjonalnie).
Ocena oferty:
Zamawiający dokona oceny ważnych ofert na podstawie następujących kryteriów:
1) Kryteria dopuszczające:
a) Spełnienie warunków udziału w postępowaniu określonych w pkt. 5 zapytania ofertowego.
b) Złożenie oferty w terminie.
c) Przygotowanie oferty zgodnie z wymaganiami określonymi w pkt. 2.2 zapytania ofertowego.
d) Przedstawienie wszystkich wymaganych załączników do zapytania ofertowego.
e) Zakres oferowanego zamówienia jest zgodny z określonymi wymogami.
2) Kryteria punktowe:
Przy ocenie oferty będą brane pod uwagę następujące elementy:
a) Cena zamówienia netto - waga: 100%.

In connection with the planned implementation of the project entitled: "Purchase, installation and commissioning of a 1600 transfer press operating under Industry 4.0 conditions" for which GEDIA Poland Sp. z o.o. is applying for funding under the investment supporting robotization and digitization in enterprises A2.1.1 from the National Plan for Reconstruction and Increasing Resilience (KPO), we request a quotation for the Industry 4.0 for 1600To press in accordance with the scope specified in this request for quotation.
Deadline for submission of bids: 30.04.2024 (until the end of the day i.e. 23:59)
Method of submitting bids
The bid with a set of attachments should be submitted
1) By e-mail address: j.nowak@pl.gedia.com,, or
2) By regular mail to the address: ul. Staszica 2, 67-100 Nowa Sól, adresat: GEDIA Poland Sp. z o.o., or
3) In person at the Ordering Party's office GEDIA Poland Sp. z o.o. („Ordering Party”): ul. Staszica 2, 67-100 Nowa Sól.
The offer is considered submitted on time if it is delivered to the Ordering Party within the specified period
The offer should include:
1) The bidding form appended as Appendix 1 to the request for quotation
2) A power of attorney to sign the bid (if it does not appear from the registration documents),
3) Technical specifications confirming the fulfillment of the parameters contained in point 3 of the request for quotation (optional).
Bid evaluation
The Ordering Party will evaluate valid bids on the basis of the following criteria:
1) Acceptable criteria:
a) Fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the procedure set forth in point 5.
b) Timely submission of the bid.
c) Preparation of the bid in accordance with the requirements specified in point 2.2.
d) Submission of all required attachments to the request for quotation.
e) The scope of the offered contract is in accordance with the specified requirements.
2) Scoring criteria:
The following elements will be taken into account when evaluating a bid:
a) net contract price (C) – weight: 100%,
