Last Thursday, June 17, the gala "The Night of the Company 2021" was held. It is an event in which the Federation of Entrepreneurs of Gran Penedès (FEGP) honors and celebrates the work of companies from the Penedès-Garraf region in front of about 400 companies of the area and other institutions and administrations of national scope.
In this event, the FEGP (Federación Empresarial del Gran Penedés) highlighted the work of the companies that generated innovations, projections, new projects and adaptations to the crisis of the Corona pandemic. The circumstance of the Corona pandemic has led, on the one hand, to the fact that the selection of companies in the FEGP Awards 2021 had the scope from the two years 2019 and 2020. On the other hand, all the companies that applied or were nominated by other partners (more than sixty in total) were worthy of appreciation.
The awards, which are highly valued in the business community, were presented by the President of the Association, Mrs. Neus Lloveras, the Mayor of Sant Pere de Ribes and the Deputies for Tourism of the Diputació de Barcelona, Mrs. Abigail Garrido and the honorable Jordi Puigneró, in his current position as Vice President of the Government and Minister of Digital Policy and Territory of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
Thus, GEDIA was honored with the FEGP Innovative Company Award.
