In order to counteract the decreasing number of applicants for vacant training positions and to draw attention to innovative and well-training companies in the region, the IHK Siegen has introduced the "South Westphalia Training Seal of Approval" for excellent training companies. In order to receive the seal, all certified companies have now been audited. The audit included an extensive survey of all trainees and a visit from two auditors. They examined the training on offer and carried out an assessment based on various criteria.
