Individual support for your personal developement

Whether you intend to complete an intership, a degree dissertation or a dual (combined) study program at our company, we will support you individually and help you to get acquainted with our company. The individual orientation plan includes a systematic introduction in the field of activities and functions of your department. During your introduction you will participate in several specialised and interdisciplinary training sessions, in order to get familiar with GEDIA´s operational processes. In addition regular feedback dates with your mentor complete your introduction program.

Dual study

A dual study combines comprehensive theory at the university and practical phases in our company. Your will conclude a traineeship in means of a written contract and you commit yourself to work at GEDIA in the lecture-free time. In return you will receive a kind of scholarship for the duration of the study, of course including holiday entitlements and all additional company benefits. Aside from financial advantages we give you the opportunity to establish contacts in our company. Practical experience and professional competence create excellent conditions for an immediate career start.

Internship

During your internship at GEDIA you will get familiar with industrial processes in a successful industrial company. You will actively participate in the department activities. In principle, it is possible to do an intership in each company division. An internship should at least last three months. You will be integrated in to day-to-day business and you will complete your internship with meaningful project work. Your major field of study and personal interests will certainly be taken into consideration. 

Degree dissertation, bachelor or master thesis
